Rocklea Farm Country Wedding in Geelong
We cannot hold our excitement! Today we are sharing the absolutely incredible wedding of Lauren and Chris. This couple has such a unique, romantic yet laid-back beautiful styling that we are just enchanted by their authentic union of love. The wedding was held at Rocklea Farm, which is a relatively new and stunning venue! We are so delighted to be discovering more amazing places through our wedding photography in Melbourne and the nearby cities!
It all began at the whimsical 80-acre Rocklea Farm that is stretching over gorgeous fields and meadows, adorned with majestic trees. One of those trees with its grandeur witnessed the tying of the knot of this gorgeous couple. Luren and Chris decided not to have a first look, instead, they walked to the big gum tree for the ceremony together with all the guests. How charming is that?! With such a gorgeous aesthetic and loveliest of decor, their small and unconventional celebration with 30 guests was a real treat for our portrayal of their wedding photography in Geelong.
Because they are both lovers of nature and animals, this venue was the perfect sanctuary for their love chapter. The farm takes care of a special kind of sheep breed that does not require shearing, so their old woolshed was transformed into a dreamy event space. Not to mention the outdoors is equally magical and has many options to adorn your big day with enchanting backdrops! A plethora of maple trees, green lavish lawns, and breathtaking native fauna that frames your wedding photography in Melbourne most sublimely.
We are swooning how their reception turned out to be. The old gum tree provided a gorgeous shade and aesthetic beauty to this simplistically styled ceremony setting. It felt otherworldly, almost surreal to behold the emotional and visual poetry of their union. Lauren wore a modern romantic dress with enchanting floral embellishment and tulle that swayed as she walked. The dress featured a dusty pink tone with blue accenting that wonderfully complemented Chris’s modern blue suit. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw the plentiful organic confetti that the bride made herself. Every detail was just curated with the purest love and care.
This wedding photography in Geelong felt incredibly natural and relaxed. Both the couple and their guests had that special feeling of care and love but also entwined with fun! After the ceremony, they had lawn games which leveled up the whole experience. And how cool is that pizza trailer? No one could resist it! Not to mention how their effortless flair blended in the farmhouse aesthetic of copper & aged iron with the renovated barn. Rustic chic at its finest!
